January 3-6, 2017

Going home this week is the Unit 3 Week 3 Vocabulary and spelling words. Also, the reading page "Paul Revere" is going home. Please read this over with your students and answer the questions together. Send it back signed by Friday, January 6. The math homework for this week is 6-5 and 6-6 dealing with Area of shapes and using the distributive property. Please send your students dressed for winter weather. We go out most days for recess as long as the temperature if above 22 and it is not a blizzard. They need that break to go out and run around. They come back in much more inclined to learn and listen. They should have boots, hat, gloves, scarf, and coat. Send them with what you have. If you are having trouble doing that, talk to the office. They might have some resources for you.

September 6-9

Going home this week are two math worksheets, 1-1 and 1-2. They are due by Friday. The spelling contract for Unit 1 Week 2 is going home and will need to be completed and returned on Friday. The reading page "Fire on the Mountain" is due by Friday. The reading slip for September 5-11 is due on Monday, September 12. The Field Trip note is due by Friday.

Back to School! 2016-17

Welcome back! I am hoping for an awesome year with your students! I will post in here weekly, crossing my fingers! Life sometimes has other plans but I will try my best to update this with information about what is going on in class. I will also post vocabulary and spelling words, and other links that will help with curriculum. I hope to have a great year with your students and want it to be a great year!
